SHIPPING POLICY
The Customer will receive his order at the address of his choice.
Shipping charges will apply per order. The exact price of each shipment will depend on the country and delivery conditions and are detailed in the order receipt email.
GUILTY AMÁLIA offers shipping costs in cases where the final amount of the order exceeds € 45.
Deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm local. To receive the order it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the address indicated. During promotions, the delivery time may be longer than usual, but never more than 30 days from the date of the order.
Delivery times after shipment can only be met in the event that there are no external factors beyond the reasonable control of GUILTY AMÁLIA or its suppliers that prevent it, such as holidays at the places of delivery or in the countries where the goods travel such such as public holidays, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, floods, general strikes, riots, rebellions or coups d'état.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Covered by the Consumer Contract Regulation (Information, Cancellation and Additional Costs) you have the legal right to return any product you have purchased within fourteen (14) business days, from the date of the invoice, for any reason, including a simple change in purchase decision. In addition, if we have delivered incorrect or damaged products, or in the event of a defect in the products, you must inform us of the defect within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
